Drawing on extensive experience in plastic piping system design, we have created a support system that effectively absorbs stress caused by thermal expansion and protects against impacts during seismic events. The innovative plastic insert in the design allows for pipe movement and cushions against severe impacts. The metal hoops, coated in trivalent gold chromium steel, conform to pipe hanger standards and resist a range of operating conditions including seismic activity and corrosion.
This system is crafted to safeguard and prolong the life of various thermoplastic piping systems such as PP, PE, PVC, CPVC, ABS, and PVDF, in applications ranging from pressure and waste systems to double containment. The brackets feature a rust-resistant trivalent chromium coating, and the UV-resistant polypropylene plastic inserts ensure durability. Stress Less products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, in corrosive or high-purity environments.

Stress Less Pipe Slides
Optimised for the Stress Less Pipe Support system, these slides facilitate both axial and lateral pipe movements to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction. For significant lateral shifts, particularly at directional changes, employ multiple slides in parallel.
Stress Less Pipe Support
A unique pipe support that negates stress transfer to the pipe from thermal expansion or seismic activities. It features a specifically engineered 3mm gap between the guide insert and the pipe’s outer diameter, ensuring that excessive force is not applied to the pipe, irrespective of bolt torque.
